Yes. PulseArkos is compatible with Soft Restaurant 12: a local bridge reads your database and syncs it, so you add WhatsApp ordering, AI voice and invoicing without replacing your current system.

How does it take orders on WhatsApp?

An AI agent handles the chat with real tools: it searches products, builds the cart, confirms the address and closes the order. It understands natural language and keeps context across the whole conversation.

Can it answer phone calls?

Yes. An AI voice answers calls in real time, takes the order, confirms the address and transfers to a person when needed. You can have a different phone number per branch.

Does it issue CFDI invoices from a ticket photo?

Yes. The customer sends the ticket photo on WhatsApp and the AI extracts folio and UUID, validates against the POS and registers the CFDI 4.0 request with tax ID and legal name, all in the same chat.
